高等学校绿色校园建设的策略研究

The Strategies of Green Campus Construction in Institutions of Higher Education

绿色发展是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计。通过层层分析绿色发展、高等教育、绿色校园建设之间的关系及绿色发展的内涵要求,全面梳理了中国绿色校园的发展进程及存在的问题,创新性地提出了建立一个由政府、学校、专业化机构、先进企业、科研机构、学者、学生社团和金融机构等社会资源共同参与建设的学校绿色发展生态系统,推动建设绿色、智慧和面向未来的新型学校,进而促进中国节能减排低碳发展方式。

Green development is related to human＇s well-being and the future of the nation＇s long-term plan. This paper analyzed the relationship among green development, higher education, and the construction of green campus, and the connotation of green development, and comprehensively organized the development process and problems of green campus construction in China. It creatively put forward the establishment of a green ecosystem of school development, constructed by the government, school, specialization institutions, advanced enterprises, scientific research institutions, scholars, student associations and financial institutions and other social resources, to promote the development of green intelligent and future-oriented new schools, and thus to promote China＇s energy conservation and emission reduction carbon development.
