益生菌联合化痰消瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及对脂质过氧化损伤指标的影响

Effect of probiotics combined with Huatanxiaoyu decoction and its influence on lipid peroxidation injury indicators in chronic atrophic gastritis

目的观察益生菌联合化痰消瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及对脂质过氧化损伤指标的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将90例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机平均分为2组,对照组给予胃复春片口服治疗,观察组给予益生菌联合化痰消瘀汤口服治疗,2组疗程均为3个月。统计2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃黏膜组织病理评分及胃黏膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性变化情况,记录2组在治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后,2组各项中医证候积分及黏膜炎症、炎症活动度、腺体数量评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组上述各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组胃黏膜组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),MDA水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论益生菌联合化痰消瘀汤可以有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状以及胃黏膜病变,二者可能是通过抗脂质过氧化损伤而起保护和修复胃黏膜作用。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of probiotics combined with Huatanxiaoyu decoction in chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） and its influence on lipid peroxidation injury indicators. Methods 90 cases of patients with CAG were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets; the treatment group was given probiotics combined with Huatanxiaoyu decoction. All patients were treated for 3 months. The clinical curative effect was analyzed, the clinical symptom scores, pathology scores of gastric mucosa, the levels of SOD, MDA and GSH-Px in gastric mucosa pre-post treatment were observed in the two groups, the adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups during treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% in treatment group and 77.78% in control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptom scores and the scores of inflammation of the mucosa, inflammation activity, reducing of gland were increased significantly in the two groups （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , and these scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group （all P 〈 0. 05） ; the levels of SOD, MDA and GSH-Px were significantly improved than before treatment in the two groups （ all P 〈 0.05）, and the improvements of these indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group （ all P 〈 0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The probiotics combined with Huatanxiaoyu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CAG patients, it can regulate resist the free radical impairment of gastric mucosa.
