摘要
随着国家"一带一路"战略的提出与实施,对物流人才的培养提出了新的要求。通过分析当前物流人才培养与社会需求存在的问题出发,结合"一带一路"的战略需求,提出国际化物流创新人才的培养体系,以期为当前物流管理专业的发展提供有益的探索。
With ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy proposed and implemented,how to cultivate logistics innovation talents is a new question. In this paper,we analyzed the question between the cultivation of Logistics talents and the need of society,a international logistics talents training system for the needs of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy was proposed. This paper provided beneficial exploration for the development of logistics management major.
