天下大势，合久必分，分久必合。今天的“合”，就是超越国家的狭隘、利益差异，建立以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系。共建人粪命运共同体，是五千年中华文明、崛起的中国对事关人类最基本问题的响亮回答。各国具有差异性，世界具有多样性，但共同的历史记忆、共同的处境、共同的追求，将各国紧密相连，形成共同身份与认同，塑造共同未来。命运共同体思想的深远意义是告别意识形态和价值观的对立，追求人类共同价值观。命运共同体的核心要旨就是，世界命运应该由各国共同掌握，国际规则应该由各国共同书写，全球事务应该由各国共同治理，发展成果应该由各国共同分享。“一带一路”倡议的提出，实现了国际政治从地缘政治、地缘经济到地缘文明的跨越。这是人类命运共同体的文明逻辑。
