摘要
针对配电台区三相不平衡问题产生的原因,设计出一种三相负荷不平衡治理方案实现平衡三相负荷的目的。介绍该方案首先需要在配电台区公变低压侧安装智能终端和用户侧安装换相开关,然后智能终端对采集的电流数据进行分析处理,选择换相开关动作方案,并通过GPRS远程信号发送给各换相开关,使得换相开关自动切换,从而降低三相负荷不平衡度。
In view of the causes of three-phase unbalance in the distribution station, a three-phase load imbalance control scheme was designed to realize the three-phase load balancing. The scheme need install switches firstly in the distribution area of public low voltage side of smart terminal and user side. Then the intelligent terminal analyzed and dealt with the collected current data and choose the scheme of switch action. The remote signal were sent to the commutation switch through GPRS, which made the commutation switches switched automatically to reduce three-phase load unbalance.
