摘要
目的研究D-900阴离子交换树脂对救必应中紫丁香苷的纯化工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法,以紫丁香苷保留率和溶液脱色率为指标,对树脂纯化条件进行考察。结果 D-900阴离子交换树脂纯化最佳工艺为树脂重量和样品体积比为1∶5,树脂柱径高比为1∶5,上柱流速为2 BV/h,在此条件下紫丁香苷保留率达80%以上,溶液脱色率达30%以上。结论紫丁香苷粗分离液通过树脂纯化的工艺,简单易行。
Objective To research the method for purification technology of syringin in Cortex Ilicis Rotundae by D- 900 resin. Methods The purification conditions of the resin were investigated by high performance liquid chromatogra- phy and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The retention rate of syringin and the decolorization rate of the solution were in- vestigated. Results The purification parameters of D-900 resin was as following: resin weight and sample volume ratio of 1:5, resin column diameter and high ratio of 1:5, adsorption velocity of 2 BV/h. The retention rate of syringin was above 80% and the decolorization rate of the solution was above 30% under these conditions. Conclusion The purifica- tion technology of syringin is simple and feasible.
