摘要
文章制定了25CrMoRE钢热处理工艺方案,通过相关实验设备测定了热处理工艺对应下25CrMoRE屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、冲击功、金相组织、夹杂物、晶粒度等技术指标,分析各项数据指标,探讨了热处理工艺对25CrMoRE钢组织及性能的影响规律。
In the paper, the heat treatment process scheme of 25CrMoRE steel is worked out. Under the corresponding of heat treatment process, the technical parameters of 25CrMoRE such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, im-pact energy, metallographic structure, inclusion and grain size are measured by the relevant experimental equipment; the data indicators are analyzed and the influence law of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of 25 CrMoRE steel is discussed.
