摘要
主要介绍了超级双相钢的特点,分析了相比例、点蚀系数、有害相以及非金属夹杂物对双相钢耐蚀性的影响,同时分析了不同的热处理温度对相比例和σ相析出的影响及其对材料机械性能的影响。结合σ相析出温度区间、析出时间、溶解温度及标准的不足,给出了最佳热处理工艺。最后通过解读超级双相钢材料相关制造标准,提出工程应用需补充的技术要求,从而消除因标准验收指标缺项带来的产品质量不确定性而造成的材料使用安全隐患。
This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of super duplex stainless steel(DSS)and analyzes the effects of phase ratio,pitting factor,detrimental phase and nonmetallic inclusion content on corrosion resistance of super DSS.It also analyzes the effects of different heat treatment temperatures on phase ratio,σphase precipitation and mechanical properties of super DSS.Combiningσphase precipitation temperature range,deposition time,melting temperature and standards shortage,the paper presents the optimum heat treatment process.At last,after analyzing relevant super DSS manufacturing standards,this paper puts forward supplementary requirements for engineering application so as to eliminate the potential material safety hazard resulting from products with quality problems accepted by the standard criteria.
