摘要
随着国家对建筑产业化以及信息化的推动,BIM技术正逐渐深入到工程建设的各个环节。粮油仓储物流系统具有专业性强、工艺流程灵活、管线复杂等特点,导致在应用常规的设计手段时,项目在决策、设计和实施过程中会产生理解偏差与大量设计错误和变更。介绍了BIM技术在粮油仓储物流系统设计中方案设计和施工图细化设计阶段的应用,该应用能够减少设计中存在的错漏,使整个项目更加有效、顺利地实施,从而节约投资,缩短工期。
With the promotion of the construction industrialization and informatization in China, BIM technology is gradually going deep into every link of engineering construction. Grain and oil warehousing logistics system has the characteristics of specialization, flexible in process and complicated pipelines, which will lead to the understanding deviation and a number of design changes in the decision-making, design and implementation of the project if conventional design methods are applied. The application of BIM technology in the stage of scheme design and construction drawing design of grain and oil warehousing logistics system design was introduced and it could reduce the mistakes in the design and make the whole project more effective and smooth, so as to save investment and shorten the construction period.
