为适应世界新工业、新经济的迅猛发展,为国家及社会培养大批新兴工程科技人才理应是绝大多数普通高校、尤其是工科见长的高校人才培养模式的导向和必然选择。将专业人才教育、工程教育与创新创业教育相结合,为高校新工科培养教育体系提供完善的基础平台。构建适合新工科教育发展,基于学分制、理论实践互动融合的人才培养教学体系,构建课堂实践教学为脉络、实践、竞赛及创新相结合的实践教学模式,校企合作构建工程教育共同体的创新创业人才培养方式,构建并落实创新创业教育的考核激励机制。

Cultivating a large number of emerging engineering and technical personnel should be the vast majority of colleges and universities in China, especially talents training-oriented model and inevitable choice of the engineering university in order to adapt to the rapid development of new industries and new world economy. The combination of professional education, engineering education and innovation and entrepreneurship education provides a platform for the development of new engineering education system. We should construct the teaching system of talent cultivation suitable for the development of new engineering education based on the credit system and the interaction of theory and practice, should construct the practical teaching model for the combination of practice, competition and innovation based on the main line of classroom practice teaching, should construct the innovative talents training mode and scheme for constructing engineering education community through the cooperation of school enterprise cooperation, should construct and implement the assessing and incentive mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
