宁神温胆汤治疗以阴性症状为主精神分裂症患者的研究概述

精神分裂症是一组严重精神疾病,通常由阳性、阴性与认知症状群组成。服用抗精神病药是治疗精神分裂症的主要手段之一。但长期使用可引起代谢紊乱综合征发生,使患者的药物依从性下降。宁神温胆汤能有效抑制脑细胞凋亡,通过对抗外源性刺激导致的细胞凋亡发挥其神经保护作用,有抗精神分裂症作用,且可以调控代谢瘦素、脂联素等脂肪细胞因子,达到干预肥胖的作用。文章结合中医情志病对精神分裂症发病机制的研究理论,探讨中药宁神温胆汤治疗以阴性症状为主精神分裂症患者的相关研究新进展。

Schizophrenia was a kind of Severe mental illness, usually consisted of positive, negative and cognitive symptoms group. Taking antipsychotic drugs was one of the main means to treat the schizophrenia. But the long-term use could lead to metabolic disorder syndrome, the drug compliance in patients was decreased. Nigshen wendan could effective- ly inhibit brain cells apoptosis. Through against exogenous stimulus leaded to apoptosis played its nerve protective effect with schizophrenia. And could regulate the metabolic leptin, adiponectin, factors such as fat cells, to reach the role of in- tervention of obesity. This artical combined with modem disease of traditional Chinese medicine theory of the pathogenesis of schizophrenia research, to explore the new progress in related research of Chinese medicine nigshen wendan treatment was given priority to with negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients.
