摘要
介绍了宣钢2#高炉为降低燃料比所采取的技术措施。通过控制炉型参数,合理的上下部调剂,低硅冶炼,经济喷煤,精料技术,高压、高风温、高富氧率操作,优化炉前出铁组织等组合措施,宣钢2#高炉的燃耗大幅下降,焦比降低6 kg/t,煤比降低3 kg/t,燃料比降低5 kg/t,二次能源焦丁配加量提高了4kg/t,风温提高了28℃。在获得可观经济效益的同时,减少了吨铁碳消耗,降低了环境污染,得到了很好的经济效益和环境效益。
This paper introduces the technical measures adopted by Xuansteel 2# blast furnace to reduce the fuel ratio. The fuel consumption of No. 2 BF fell sharply, thus coke rate was decreased by 6 kg/t, coal rate was decreased by 3 kg/t, the fuel ratio was decreased by 5 kg/t, adding amount of secondary energy nut coke was increased by 4 kg/t, and the air temperature was increased by 28 ℃,through.combination measures of furnace parameters control, reasonable upper and lower adjustment, low silicon smelting, economic coal injection, fine material technology, high pressure, high air temperature and high oxygen enrichment fate operation, optimization of tapping structure. While obtaining considerable economic benefits, it reduced the carbon consumption per ton of iron, reduced the environmental pollution, and obtained good economic and environmental benefits.
