摘要
根据LLC谐振电路整流电流的特点,设计出一种基于采样电阻的电流型同步整流数字控制方法。该种方法结合了传统电压型同步整流驱动和电流型同步整流驱动的优点,电路结构相对简单,且在LLC谐振电路3种工作模式下都能准确地开通和关断同步整流MOS管。分析了各种工作模式下同步整流的工作状态,并给出了电路设计方案及数字控制方法。最后通过1台实验样机进行实验,验证该方法的正确性。
According to the characteristics of the rectifier current of the LLC resonant circuit, a current synchronous rectifier digital control method based on sampling resistor is designed.. The method combines the advantages of the traditional voltage synchronous rectification drive and the current synchronous rectification drive. The circuit structure is relatively simple, and in the LLC resonant circuit three operating modes it can accurately open and close the synchronous rectifier MOS tube. The working state of synchronous rectification in various working modes is analyzed, and the circuit design scheme and digital control method are given. Finally, an experimental prototype was used to verify the correctness of the method.
