摘要
综采支架是综采工作面的主要设备之一,为采煤作业提供安全保障,它的作用是防止顶板垮落从而保证工作面的人员与设备的安全,因此对综采支架进行监测就显得十分重要。目前采煤工作面的压力监测系统主要以便携式和有线传输的方式,功能单一,自动化程度低,有线传输的方式在使用中还存在布线困难、线容易拉断、维护安装成本高等缺点,所以设计一套综采工作面无线压力监测系统。
Hydraulic support is one of the main equipments of coal mining, which provides safety and security for coal mining operations. Its function is to prevent the roof from falling to ensure the safety of the workers and equipment. At present, the pressure monitoring system of coal mining face is mainly in the way of portable and cable transmission, the function is single, the degree of automation is low, the way of cable transmission is difficult in the use, the line is easy to pull off, and the maintenance cost is high. So we design a monitoring system for hydraulic support pressure monitoring system based on wireless data.
