竹篾间距可控竹帘编织机的结构与运动协调 被引量:3

摘要 对现有的竹帘编织机进行改进,设计一种竹篾间距可控的竹帘编织机,将竹篾按一定的间距要求连续编织成竹帘,且各竹篾间位置保持固定不滑移;可减少竹篾用量、减轻竹帘胶合板重量、降低竹帘胶合板成本。论述了改进后编织机的结构和工作原理,分析了进篾与编织动力联动机构的运动协调关系、竹篾压紧与打出的运动协调关系、竹篾间距控制装置各组成部分的运动参数关系;得到竹篾间距与竹篾打出间距、叉轴转数之间的关系式,进篾辊转速与凸轮轴转速关系式,叉轴转数与槽轮槽数和拨盘圆销数之间的关系式。 A bamboo curtain knitting machine with controllable space between bamboo splits was designed by improved existing bamboo curtain knitting machine.Bamboo splits can be weave continuously in needed distance by the improved bamboo curtain knitting machine.The position of bamboo splits can keep fixation in bamboo curtain to decreasing the using amount of bamboo splits, the weight and cost of bamboo-veneer.The structure and work principle of improved bamboo curtain knitting machine were discussed in the paper.The analysis of harmony connection of movement were made to motive power union mechanism between bamboo splits being entered and weaved, pressed and knocked out, the movement parameters connection of constituent parts of the distance between bamboo splits of control device.The formula of distance between bamboo splits to distance being knocked out and turns of fork shaft was given.The formula of turns of bamboo split entering roller and cam shaft was gave. The formula of turns of fork shaft to number of rod of geneva wheel and round pin in drive plate was gave.
