高性能钛合金激光增材制造技术的研究进展 被引量:30

Research Developments of High-performance Titanium Alloy by Laser Additive Manufacturing Technology

摘要 激光增材制造所得沉积态和热处理态的钛合金强度和塑性可以达到锻件水平,但韧性和疲劳性能明显不如同材质的锻件性能,如何利用激光增材制造技术获得高性能钛合金是国内外研究的热点之一,也是一个难题。主要从航空航天和生物医学领域对高性能钛合金激光增材制造技术的迫切需求和应用,出发重点介绍获取高性能钛合金激光增材制造技术的工艺和方法的尝试及其研究进展,旨在为高性能钛合金激光增材制造技术的研究探索途径。 The strength and plasticity of the as-deposited and heat-treated titanium alloy parts by laser additive manufacturing can both reach the levels of traditionally wrought parts,however,the toughness and fatigue performance are obviously inferior to those of the wrought parts.The topic of how to acquire comprehensively high-performance titanium ally parts by laser additive manufacturing technology is of intriguing interest in this field.Primarily,the advantages and applications of laser additive manufacturing technology in the aerospace and biomedical field are discussed,and attempts and research developments of laser additive manufacturing process for high-performance titanium alloy is emphatically exhibited.Meanwhile,Methods of acquiring high-performance titanium alloy parts by laser additive manufacturing technology are exploited and outlooked.
