优质护理在初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中的应用价值

Application value of high quality nursing care in breastfeeding after cesarean section in primipara

目的探讨优质护理在初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中的应用价值。方法选取2015年7月~2017年1月我院剖宫产分娩初产妇46例分为观察组与对照组,各23例,对照组术后母乳喂养中采用常规护理;观察组术后母乳喂养中采用优质护理。比较两组产妇子宫复旧时间、产妇首次哺乳时间、每天哺乳次数、产后第3天泌乳量和母乳喂养率、产后抑郁发生率。结果观察组产妇子宫复旧时间、产妇首次哺乳时间短于对照组,每天哺乳次数、产后第3天泌乳量、母乳喂养率高于对照组,产后抑郁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中的应用价值高,可有效提高母乳喂养率,减少产后抑郁发生,加速子宫复旧,缩短产妇首次哺乳时间,增加每天哺乳次数和泌乳量,对于促进新生儿正常生长发育作用确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing care in breasffeeding after cesarean section in primipara.Methods 46 primiparas who received cesarean section in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care during the postoperative breastfeeding,and the observation group was given high quality care during the postoperative breastfeeding.The time of uterus involution,initial breastfeeding time after delivery, frequency of daily breastfeeding and lactation volume on the third day after delivery,as well as the breastfeeding rate and incidence rate of postpartum depression were compared between the two groups.Results The time of uterus involution and initial breastfeeding time after delivery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the frequency of daily breastfeeding,lactation volume on the third day and the breastfeeding rate were higher than those in the control group,the incidence rate of postpartum depression was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing is of high value in breastfeeding after Cesarean section in primipara.h can effectively improve the rate of breasffeeding, reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression, accelerate the involution of uterus, shorten the first lactation time and increase the frequency of breasffeeding and volume of lactation, which has an exact effect of promoting the normal growth and development of newborns, and is worthy of promotion.
