摘要 电力系统是现代人们生活生产的关键,且现代电力系统的电力服务与电力企业的核心竞争力直接相关。电力系统交换网是以电力客户为中心的管理理念,是提升电力服务水平和服务质量的基础。电力系统交换网可以被理解为电力系统的神经系统,是完成电力系统通信的基础。IMS技术应作为一种为IP、支持多业务、接口开放性、移动性分组网构建的基础类型,是改善电力系统交换网质量和服务水平的基础。因此,分析IMS技术及其在电力系统交换网中的具体运用,旨在提升电力系统交换网的质量、功能及服务水平,获取电力企业核心竞争力,从而推动电力企业持续健康发展。 The power system is the key to the modern people's life and production, while the power service of modern power system directly related to the core competence of power enterprises. The power system switching network is a management concept based on power customers, and is the basis of improving the service level and service quality. Power system switching network can be understood as the nerve system of power system, and is the basis of communication of power system. IMS technology, as a basic type in support of IP, multi-service, interface openess and mobile packet network construction, and is the basis of improving the quality and service level of power system switching network. For this reason, the analysis on IMS technology and its application in power system switching network is designed to improve the quality, function and service level of power system switching network, acquire the core competitiveness of power enterprises, and thus promote the sustained and healthy development of power enterprises.
