As Chinese fictive kinship appellation system carrying rich cultural and emotional heritage,it has always been the difficulty in translation.This essay explores the translation of fictive kinship appellation terms from the conceptual integration theory of cognitive linguistics,established original space,translator space,translation space and generic space,which made translation more effective to reflect the cultural connotation and emotional significance of fictive kinship appellation terms.
