摘要
凝汽器是汽轮机装置的重要组成部分,为了避免其内部设置的换热管因腐蚀或振动而损坏导致设备机组停运等严重后果,以确保设备的安全可靠运行,根据振动机理对凝汽器管束编制可视化计算程序进行振动相关计算,为凝汽器管束设计提供理论依据,并以某600 MW工程凝汽器管束为例进行振动计算,结果显示,该管系设计参数均满足防止管束振动的要求,指出该计算方法可直接用于工程设计中,对振动判断更加方便准确,可提高设计效率,有效防止管束振动破坏。
Condenser is an important part of steam turbine device. Its heat exchange tubes are easily damaged by corrosion or vibration, which will cause serious consequences such as equipment shutdown. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, the visual program is used to calculate the vibration of condenser tube bundle, which provides the the- oretical basis for tube bundle design. Taking the vibration calculation of condenser tube bundle in a 600 MW project as an example, the result shows that the piping design parameters can meet the requirements of tube. The calculation method can be used in engineering design and it can improve the design efficiency and prevent the vibration damage of tube bundle.
