广东铁路警察人格特质与情绪劳动的关系

The Relationship between Personality Traits and Emotional Labor of Guangdong Railway Police

目的:探究广东铁路警察人格特质与情绪劳动的关系。方法:使用EPQ人格测试问卷及情绪劳动量表,在广东省共计284位铁路警察中开展调查。结果:(1)广东铁路警察情绪劳动的表层扮演在所在警种分组上存在显著差异(F=2.027,P<0.05);情绪劳动的深层扮演在职称分组上存在显著差异(F=3.375,P<0.05),在警种分组上也存在显著差异(F=2.055,P<0.05);(2)在广东铁路警察群体中,神经质和外向性的T分处于中等水平。精神质的T分偏高,超出正常水平;(3)广东铁路警察人格特质与表层行为呈显著正相关;神经质、精神质分别跟深层行为存在显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:广东铁警的情绪劳动与其人格特质存在相关,人格特质对情绪劳动有预测功能。

Objective：To explore the relationship between personality traits and emotional labor of Guangdong rail- way police.Methods： Using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Emotional Labor Scale,to investigate the 284 railway policemen in Guangdong Province.Results： （1） The surface acting of Guangdong Railway Police of emotional labor had significant differences in the kinds of groups（F=2.027 ,P〈0.05）;The deep acting of emotional labor had significant difference in professional title groups（F = 3.375, P 〈0.05） ;It also had significant difference in the police groups （F = 2.055.P 〈0.05） ;（2） In the group of Guangdong Railway Police Group, the T score of neuroticism and ex- troversion were in the middle level.The T score of the psychoticism was high, which was beyond the normal level.（3） The personality traits of Guangdong Railway Police were significantly positively correlated with the surface acting; the neuroticism and the psychoticism were negatively correlated with the deep acting （P 〈 0.01 ）.Conelusion： The e- motional labor of Guangdong Railway Police is influenced by their personality traits,and the personality traits has a predictive effect on emotional labor.
