The paper expounds the construction of the micro-videos in public libraries from the aspects of users＇ needs, construction principles, standards, intellectual property, and platform construction, and gives some suggestions on how to widely use it in public libraries, including increasing publicity efforts, interpreting the rules and regulations, introducing the special resources, and editing the public lectures.
