The Formulating Background of Xu Zhimo’s Literature View

徐志摩是中国现代文学史上一位著名的诗人,他的诗歌影响了一代代中国人。本文试从他人生中三个重要时期入手,分析他的文学观形成背景,最后得出结论:徐志摩独特文学观的形成与他儿时打下的古文基础,剑桥的留学生活及新月社的活动是分不开的。

Xu Zhimo is a famous poet in modern Chinese literary history. His poetry influenced Chinese people one generation after another. This paper starts with the three major periods in his life, analyses the formulating background of his literature view and concludes that Xu Zhimo’s unique literature view is indispensable to the solid foundation of ancient prose laid in his childhood, his experience in Cambridge university and his activities in the Crescent Literature Club.
