Manganese-based phosphating has a strong anti-corrosion ability, which can be used in anti- corrosion and cold cutting fields. The sub-high temperature manganese phosphating treatment is selected for the surface treatment of the workpieces. After applying phosphating, the production quality of the workpieces can meet the corrosion resistance and decorative performance requirements. After used for a long time, this process is proved to be stable and reliable, and can be used in the surface treatment of parts.
