综合康复治疗小儿面神经炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Facial Neuritis in Children

目的评估综合康复治疗小儿面神经炎的疗效。方法选取80例面神经炎患儿纳入本次研究,并按照随机数字表法将患儿分为2组,即治疗组和对照组,每组40例,给予对照组患者实施常规治疗,给予治疗组患儿实施综合康复治疗,对患儿的面神经功能评分和疗效进行对比分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患儿总有效率及面神经功能评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗小儿面神经炎可考虑应用综合康复治疗,可显著改善患儿面神经功能,且临床疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on facial neuritis in children. Methods 80 children with facial neuritis were included in this study, and the children were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table, that is, the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group, control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, facial nerve function score and curative effect were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and the facial nerve function score of the treatment group were higher, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical treatment of children facial neuritis can be considered comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, can significantly improve the facial nerve function in children, and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.
