术前清洁灌肠方法的观察和研究

Observation and Research of Cleaning Enema Method Before Operation

目的观察分析术前清洁灌肠方法并进行探究。方法采用随机抽选法从本院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的术前清洁灌肠患者中抽取100例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,50例对照组患者采用常规的清洁灌肠方法,50例观察组患者采用改良的清洁灌肠方法,观察对比两组肠道清洁度和患者满意度。结果观察组患者肠道清洁度比对照组更优(P<0.05),同时操作流程满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床术前实施清洁灌肠可采用改良清洁灌肠方法,其具有较高的清洁效果,操作方法比传统方法更优,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the cleaning enema method before the operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with preoperative cleaning enema method and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into the controlgroup and the observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group of 50 patients were given the routine cleaning enema, while the observation group of 50 patients were treated with modified cleaning enema. Then, the irttestinal cleanliness and patient satisfaction of thd two groups were observed and compared. Results The intestinal cleanliness in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the satisfaction of the operation process was also higher than that of the control group （P 〈~0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of modified cleansing enema method before the operation has higher cleaning effect, and operation method is better than the traditional method, it also has higher clinical value.
