摘要
利用电沉积 (Electrodeposition)方法来制备六方相的CdS薄膜。实验指出从 0 .0 4mol/LNa2 S2 O3 、0 .0 4mol/LCd SO4和 0 .0 4mol/L柠檬酸钠组成的溶液中 ,在pH值为 5 .4 ,温度为 6 0℃的条件下 ,在ITO玻璃上电沉积得到CdS的前驱体。在 30 0℃氮气氛下中热处理 1h后 ,经X射线衍射 (XRD)分析表明薄膜是呈六方相的CdS ,且几乎沿 (0 0 2 )方向定向生长。扫描电镜 (SEM)表明CdS晶粒为亚微米尺寸。研究表明 ,利用这种方法 。
Hexagonal phase CdS thin films were studied by electrodeposition. The solution consists of 0.04 mol/L CdSO4, 0.04 mol/L Na2S2O3 and 0.04 mol/L sodium citrate, with pH 5.4 at 60°C, while the CdS film precursors are electrodeposited on ITO glass. The thin films are then annealed at 300°C for 1 h in N2 gas. X-ray diffraction indicates that the electrodeposited thin films are hexagonal CdS. The grains within the films grow nearly along the crystal direction of (002). Scanning electron microscopy reveals that the grain size is of submicron but not uniform. It is manifested that hexagonal phase CdS thin films with good crystallization can be obtained by this method.
