胶版印刷纸、白纸板与铜版纸的印刷质量对比研究

探索胶版印刷纸、白纸板与铜版纸在相同印刷条件下的印刷质量差异,寻找更换不同类型纸张印刷时保证印刷质量的措施。方法:检测胶版印刷纸、白纸板、铜版纸的性能指标,在相同条件下进行印刷,然后检测它们的印刷质量指标。结果:胶版印刷纸实地密度远低于铜版纸,当铜版纸印刷质量达标时,胶版印刷纸印刷质量严重不达标,白纸板与铜版纸印刷质量很接近。结论:铜版纸改胶版印刷纸印刷应增加供墨量并要再次进行预上墨操作。

To explore printing quality difference of the offset paper, white paper board and coated paper in the same condition of printing, To find the measures to ensure the printing quality of different types of paper printing. Methods： the performance of detecting typical offset paper, white paper board, coated paper, under the same conditions printing, and tested them for printing quality indicators. Results： field density of offset paper is much lower than that of coated paper, when coated paper printing quality is up to standard, offset printing paper quality is not serious up to standard, white paper board and coated paper printing quality very close. Conclusion： the modified offset printing paper coated paper should increase the amount of ink and again to pre ink operation.
