摘要
椰炭纤维具有抗紫外线、可产生负离子、远红外线保暖以及调湿除味等功能,可用于高档家纺功能性床品面料的开发。采用椰炭纤维与天丝纤维混纺纱作为纬纱,精梳棉纱作为经纱进行交织,开发了一款椰炭纤维家纺床品面料,并对产品结构进行合理设计。在产品织造与后整理加工过程中,针对椰炭纤维的特点,设定了工艺条件和关键工序的技术措施。产品经检测具有良好的服用性能与保健功能。
The coconut charcoal fiber has functions of UV protection, emission of negative ions, moisture prevention taste removal, and is applied in high quality home textile functional bedding fabric. The coconut carbon fiber bedding fabric with reasonable design is developed with coconut charcoal polyester fiber and tencel blended yarn as weft yarn and combed cotton yarn as warp yarn. In weaving and finishing processes, according to the characteristics of coconut carbon fiber, the processing conditions are deeply studied, and the corresponding technical measures are taken to ensure the successful development of the product. The product has good performance and health care.
