1例中西药联合治疗Ⅳ度骨髓抑制患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with IV Degree Myelosuppression Treated with the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicines

目的:探讨临床药师在化疗致Ⅳ度骨髓抑制病例中开展临床药学的切入点及药学监护方法。方法:临床药师以1例晚期肺腺癌化疗后出现Ⅳ度骨髓抑制的病例为切入点,分析患者用药、协助医生制定合理治疗方案,并对患者实施全面的药学监护。结果:临床药师通过对肿瘤科患者进行全面的药学监护,对临床治疗起到积极的作用。结论:临床药师利用药学专业知识可促进临床合理用药。

Objective： To investigate the breakthrough points and methods of pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharma- cists for chemotherapy-induced 1V degree myelosuppression. Methods： One advanced lung adenocarcinoma patient suffering from chemotherapy-induced IV degree myolosuppression was selected as the example, clinical pharmacists provided suggestions on the chem- otherapy regimen, assisted physicians in making reasonable treatment plan and implemented comprehensive pharmaceutical care for the patient. Results： Clinical pharmacists played a positive role in the clinical treatment through the comprehensive pharmaceutical care in oncology department. Conclusion： With the professional knowledge of pharmacy, clinical pharmacists can improve the level of clinical rational drug use.
