摘要
聚苯硫醚是一种优异的特种工程塑料,在其化工生产过程中会产生大量含N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和低聚物的氯化锂及氯化钠副产物和废液,这些副产物和废液的回收利用对于塑化行业的可持续发展意义重大。文章重点归纳总结了N-甲基吡咯烷酮的闪蒸和溶剂萃取回收法,氯化锂的煅烧法、沉淀法和有机溶剂提取法,指出了回收工艺技术存在的问题,副产物的有效综合回收利用是聚苯硫醚生产的主攻方向。
Polyphenylene sulfide is a kind of excellent special engineering plastics. Its production will produce plenty of wastewater containing a large number of N-methyl-pyrrolidone,oligomers,lithium chloride and sodium chloride. The green recycling of the by-products and wastes has an important significance for the sustainable development of the plastics industry. In this paper,the recovery methods of flash evaporation and solvent extraction for N-methyl-pyrrolidone as well as the recovery methods of roast,subside and organic solvent extraction for lithium chloride were reviewed in details. The key problems existed in the recycling methods were carried out. The new tends for the comprehensive recycling of by-products in the future was also pointed out.
