摘要
为降低大峪口难选胶磷矿浮选工艺成本,将抗硬水性和溶解性较好的表面活性剂复配作为捕收剂,结合对浮选药剂制度和流程的优化,探讨了用不加碳酸钠的常温正反浮选工艺分选大峪口低品位胶磷矿的可行性。试验结果表明,采用正浮选1次粗选、反浮选1粗1扫开路流程,可获得混合磷精矿P2O5品位28.66%、综合产率52.06%、综合回收率78.81%的浮选指标。该工艺流程简单,采用常温无碱浮选工艺,成本较低。
The feasibility of direct-reverse flotation for the Dayukou low-grade collophanite without addition of alkaline at ambient temperature is discussed using the surfaetant with hard water resistance and good solubility as collector and optimizing the flotation reagent regime and process to reduce the flotation costs of the Dayukou refractory collophanite ore. The test results showed that the mixed phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade 28.66%, yield 52.06% and recovery rate 78.74% could he pro- duced in the open circuit consisting of one roughing direct flota- tion and one roughing-one scavenging reverse flotation. The process is simple in flowsheet and adopts the alkali free flotation at ambient temperature with lower costs.
