摘要
针对下水管道堵塞的问题,设计了一种新型的弧形管道贴合电容传感器及其测量电路,并运用微小电容测量方法,实现了非金属管道内部堵塞检测。实验结果表明,由于空气和水之间的介电常数相差非常大,利用管壁间电容的变化来判断管内堵塞是可行的。该电容检测法具有较高的灵敏度、稳定性、便捷性以及良好的动态特性,为非金属管道内部堵塞判断及预警提供了一个方便、快速、有效的手段。
Aiming at the problem of sewer pipeline blockage,a new type of capacitive sensor and its measuring circuit for the arc pipeline are designed,and the micro capacitance measurement method is used to realize the detection of the blockage in the non-metal pipeline.The experimental results show that as the dielectric constant between the air and water varies greatly,the blockage effect of the capacitance between the outer walls of the water pipe is very obvious.It is feasible to determine the blockage inside the pipe with the change of the capacitance between the pipe walls.The capacitance detection method has high sensitivity,stability,convenience and good dynamic characteristics,which provides a convenient,fast and effective means for judging and early warning of the blockage in the non-metal pipeline.
