摘要
为了满足"工业4.0"制造模式下全过程、客户化、个性化及端对端集成的制造业服务新需求,结合离散制造过程管控特点和云服务优势,提出具有快速重构、计量收费等系列特性的面向云服务的信息物理系统(Cloud Service Oriented Cyber Physical System,CSOCPS)参考架构。在该参考架构中,阐述了CSOCPS抽象模型的运行机理,并与传统信息物理系统(Cyber Physical System,CPS)抽象模型在环境感知层、服务链断裂点等方面进行了对比分析。在此基础上,以3种典型云服务模式为基础,详细介绍了基于功能服务的CSOCPS体系参考架构,并根据云服务部署方式的特点选取公私兼备的混合云服务作为最优部署策略。另外,提出了与功能体系参考架构相对应的物理配置参考架构,详细阐述了实施细节和安全策略,提高实施过程中的兼容性和可操作性。最后,通过一个实践范例验证了参考架构的合理性和可用性。
To satisfy the new demands of whole process service, customization service, individuation service and end-to-end inte- gration under the manufacturing mode of "Industry 4.0", a CSOCPS reference architecture which has new features such as recon- figuration and metering charging is proposed according to the control features of discrete manufacturing and advantages of cloud service. The operation mechanism of CSOCPS abstract model is introduced and compared with traditional CPS in terms of environ- ment perception layer and service chain breaking point. On this basis, CSOCPS reference architecture based on functional services is elaborated with three typical service models, and hybrid cloud service is selected as the optimal deployment strategy according to the characteristics of different deployment style. Additionally, the physical configuration reference architecture is proposed cor- respondingly to the function reference architecture, the implementation details and security strategies are discussed, and the com- patibility and operability in the implementation procedure are improved. Finally, a practice example is utilized to verify the reason- ableness and usability of the reference architecture.
