摘要
研究并确立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP AES)测定矿石中铌钽的优化条件和快速测定方法。对试样的溶样方法进行了对比实验最终采用熔融法并用酒石酸提取的处理方法,选择干扰少、灵敏度较高、信噪比大的268.5nm、309.418nm波长谱线作为铌钽的分析线,共存元素基本无影响,背景可通过仪器自动扣除的方法消除。在最佳实验条件下,方法检出限分别0.04μg/g和0.03μg/g。相对标准偏差小于10%。方法用于样品中铌和钽的同时测定,测定值与参考值相符。
In this paper, a new method for simultaneous determination of Nb and Ta in Ore samples by in- ductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was reported. The factors affecting the determination such as sample pretreatment method, sample dose were investigated. The determination wavelengths for target elements were selected and the working parameters of the instrument were optimized. The interferenee from the coexistent elements had been tested. The results showed that the interference among rare elements could be neglected. The accuracy and precision of the method were tested. The precision for all elements was less than 10 % RSD(n = 11). The results were in agreement with those provid- ed by standard substance.
