初诊2型糖尿病并阿尔茨海默病患者经短期胰岛素泵强化对其氧化应激与炎性反应的影响 被引量:4

Effects of short term insulin pump on oxidative stress and inflammatory response in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with Alzheimer's disease

摘要 目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病并阿尔茨海默病病患通过短期胰岛素泵强化治疗之后对其氧化应激与炎性反应的影响。方法:选取收治的初诊2型糖尿病并阿尔茨海默病病患中随机选取80例作为研究的对象,将其平均分为常规组和试验组。常规组病患采用常规的治疗方法,而试验组病患则采用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗,对比两组病患的空腹血糖水平(FPG)、总胆固醇水平(TC)、高密度和低密度的蛋白胆固醇值(HDL-C,LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白A1C水平(HbA1C)、三酰甘油的水平(TG)、SOD以及MDA。结果:经过治疗之后,试验组病患的FPG、TC、LDL-C、HbA1c、TG、SOD以及MDA的水平都要低于常规组病患(P<0.05);而两组之间的HDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:初诊2型糖尿病并阿尔茨海默病病患通过短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对其氧化应激与炎性反应具有良好的治疗效果,能对病患的血糖以及血脂进行有效的控制,值得在临床上进行推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of intensive insulin pump therapy on oxidative stress and inflammatory response in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's disease. Method The first diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and alzheimer's disease in 80 cases were randomly selected as the research object,they were divided into normal group and experimental group. Routine group of patients with conventional treatment,while the experimental group patients using short-term insulin pump intensive treatment,two groups of PFG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C,HbA1C and TG was compared. Results After treatment,the experimental group patients' level of PFG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1C and TG were lower than normal group patients( P〈0. 05); In the comparative value of high density protein of cholesterol,was not much difference between two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion First diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and alzheimer' s disease patients with short-term insulin pump intensive treatment on its oxidative stress and inflammation has good treatment effect,can effective control of blood sugar and blood fat of patients,and is worth popularizing in clinical.
