摘要
为研究如何防止在驱动时车轮空转、制动时车轮滑行,用喷水的办法改变轮轨表面粗糙度和温度,利用双圆盘滚动接触试验台针对轮轨牵引系数进行了一系列试验。结果表明,在任意温度状态下,最大牵引系数都发生在1μm^3μm的合成粗糙度范围内。随着温度的上升,最大牵引系数可以增大到0.4。
In order to study how to prevent wheel idling during driving and wheel sliding during braking, a series of tests on the wheel-rail traction coefficient are carried out with a twin disc rolling contact test stand by varying the roughness and temperature of the wheel-rail surface with the sprayed water. The result shows that the maximum traction coefficient value occurs in the range of 1 μm^3 μm of the comhined roughness under any temperature conditions. With rise of the temperature, the maximum traction coefficient can be increased to 0.4.
