摘要
对近40年国内外相关文献进行检索、整理、归纳、总结,综述雄黄在白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、淋巴瘤等恶性血液病中的临床应用及作用机理。认为雄黄在治疗血液肿瘤方面应用前景广阔,值得继续探索,并对其应用剂型和毒副作用进一步改善。
The related literatures at home and abroad in recent 40 years were searched, sorted out, summarized and summarized. The clinical application and mechanism of realgar in leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, lymphoma and other hematological malignancies were reviewed. It is believed that realgar has a bright future in the treatment of hematologic malignancies. It is worthy of further exploration, and its dosage forms and side effects should be further improved.
