One case of coexistence of primary thyroid squamous cell carcinoma with papillary thyoid carcinoma

1临床资料1．1一般资料女，72岁，发现颈前部肿物10d入院．诉吞咽不适，无声嘶及呼吸、吞咽困难等症状。甲状腺彩超：右侧胸骨上窝气管前方探及约3．5cm×2．7cm不均匀回声包块（图1）。颈部增强CT：气管前方约胸骨上窝处见形态不规则软组织影（图2）。
