摘要 针对复杂零件生产稳定性问题,提出一种加权网络支持的复杂零件工艺路线稳定性分析方法。利用加工元的概念,构建复杂零件制造过程的加权网络,通过建立多工艺路线决策模型将制造过程中生产成本和制造时间转化为网络的权重,对工艺路线进行初步决策。引入复杂系统脆性理论,通过分析加工元中刀具磨损、设备负荷等脆性事件引起加权网络崩溃的因素,建立加权网络中各个加工元的脆性风险熵,分析加权网络节点脆性风险的指标,预测整个网络中易发生故障的子系统即加工元,同时追溯易导致加工元发生故障的脆性事件,从而得到稳定性高的合理工艺路线。以某航空发动机叶片制造过程为例验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 Aiming at the production stability of complex parts,a stability analysis method for process schemas of complex parts was proposed based on weighted network.The weighted network of complex parts’productive process was constructed by using the concept of machining cell.Through building the decision-making model of multi-process schema,the production cost and manufacturing time were transformed to the weights of network to do the decision-making.Based on the brittleness theory of complex system,the brittleness risk entropy of each machining cell in weighted network was constructed by analyzing the probability of brittle events that might lead to the collapse of weighted network in machining cells.The vulnerability indicator of weighted network node was analyzed,and the brittleness risk entropy could predict the easily failed subsystem in the entire network.Meanwhile,the brittle event that led to the machining cell failure was retrospected for the greater stability of process schemas.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by using the manufacturing process of an aero engine blade.
