摘要
润滑系统供油压力脉动现象是发动机工作时十分常见的现象,存在于油压建立和油压稳定两个过程中。压力脉动现象会导致发动机磨损和润滑供油系统润滑能力的下降。通过利用基于流体网络法的Flowmaster仿真软件,建立润滑系统数值仿真模型,模拟系统典型工作状态下的动态工作性能及参数特征。在此基础上,对滑油泵启停和调压活门开闭快慢对压力脉动的影响进行了仿真。在对仿真结果进行分析后,提出解决及预防供油压力异常脉动的可行方案,具有一定的参考价值。
Oil pressure fluctuation of the lubrication system is a very common phenomenon when the engine works, and it canexist in the process of hydraulic establishment and hydraulic stability. Pressure fluctuation can cause engine friction and re-duce the lubricating ability of the lubrication system. By using the Flowmaster software which based on the fluid network meth-od, we can build the lubrication system simulation model to simulate the work performance of the system in the typical operat-ing condition and parameter characteristics. On this basis, we can simulate the affection of the pump and pressure regulatorvalves to get the reasons why the oil pressure fluctuation of the lubrication system happens. By analyzing the simulation result,we can find a way to prevent or weaken the oil pressure fluctuation of the lubrication system. The method has some referencevalue.
