摘要
针对具有高温焊后热处理工艺要求的12Cr1MoVR钢板,正火处理后采用不同的冷却方式,在接近Ac1的温度进行高温回火试验。通过对比高温模拟焊后热处理态性能,分析显微组织,确定了最佳的热处理工艺。
For 12Cr1MoVR steel plate with high temperature PWHT process requirements, various cooling modes after normaling are applied and high temperature tempering test is implemented at a temperature close to Ac1. By com-paring the mechanical properties under the conditions of high temperature simulated PWHT,microstructure is analyzed, optimum heat treatment process is established.
