摘要
对唐山二环大桥用Q370qE钢板进行焊接试验,重点研究层间温度、焊接线能量、焊接方式对焊接接头低温冲击韧性等力学性能的影响。焊接试验结果表明:所选用的焊接材料合理可行,各项力学性能均满足设计和TB 10212-2009《铁路钢桥制造规范》标准的要求,保证了焊接接头的低温冲击韧性,提高了焊缝抗脆断性能,为施工方焊接工艺的制定提供了参考依据。
The paper describes the welding test of Q370qE steel plate for Tangshan Erhuan Bridge , studies the effects of inteipass temperature, weding heat input , welding method on mechanical properties including low temperature impact toughness of weld joint. The results of the welding test show that the welding material selected is rational and applicable, the mechanical properties satisfy the requirements of engineering and TB 10212 - 2009 Code for Fabrication of Railway Steel Bridge, which guarantees the low temperature impact toughness, signif icant ly improves the brittle frac-ture resistance of weld beam, provides references for construction party to establish the welding process.
