摘要 上海同济中学图书馆暨杨浦区图书馆(旧上海市立图书馆)修缮扩建项目一期工程紧邻优秀历史建筑,为确保施工安全,减小工程对环境的影响,其深基坑工程采用了围护施工新工艺——CSM工法(双轮铣深搅水泥搅拌墙内插型钢围护结构)。通过针对性的设计与施工措施,并依托基坑信息化监测进行施工控制,成功地实现了紧邻历史保护建筑的深基坑施工安全。为类似条件下的深基坑工程设计与施工提供了有益的借鉴。 The first phase of restoration and expansion project of Shanghai Tongji middle school library and library of Yangpu district (the former Shanghai library) is adjacent to the outstanding historical buildings. In order to ensure a safe construction and reduce the impact of construction on the environment, a new technology of excavation support---CSM construction method (steel wheel excavation support structure with interpolation-typed of cement- soil wall with double wheel milling) has been adopted for the deep foundation pit engineering. The construction safety of deep foundation pit next to protective historic building has been successfully realized due to targeted design, construction measures and construction control based on the information monitoring of foundation pit. It can provide a useful reference for deep foundation pit engineering design and construction under similar conditions.
