摘要
[目的]利用不同抗性黄瓜品种接种枯萎病菌,对叶片和根内的MDA含量进行研究。[方法]测定了不同黄瓜品种在感染枯萎病病菌后植物体内MDA(丙二醛)的含量动态变化,并分析生理方面的变化与植物抗病性的相互关系。[结果]黄瓜幼苗期接枯萎病菌处理后,抗病品种的MDA含量小幅升高后逐步趋于稳定,而感病品种高低起伏较大,不宜恢复,抗病品种的MDA含量的增减比率要明显低于感病品种。[结论]为选育抗黄瓜枯萎病的品种以及研究相关生理机制变化提供理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to test the MDA content in cucumber leaf and root, which was inoculated by wilt pathogen. [Method] The MDA content was tested in different varieties cucumbers which were inoculated by wilt pathogen. [Result] The MDA content was rising slightly at first and then gradually stable in wilt resistant variety. But in susceptible variety the MDA content was changed in a large range. The content of MDA in resistance variety ratio was lower than susceptible variety. [Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical basis for the physiological mechanism.
