欧氏鹅膏菌中毒致可逆性急性肾衰竭两例报道并文献复习

Reversible Acute Renal Failure Caused by Amanita Oberwinklerana Poisoning: Two Cases Report and Literature Review

毒蕈中毒是临床常见的食物中毒,因毒蕈所含毒素不同,患者中毒后累及的器官损害不尽相同,临床表现也复杂多样。本文报道2例以可逆性急性肾衰竭为主要临床表现的毒蕈中毒病例的诊治过程,通过文献复习,对毒蕈中毒导致急性肾衰竭的临床特点进行讨论。该毒蕈经湖南师范大学生命科学院真菌研究所行DNA比对鉴定为欧氏鹅膏菌。该毒蕈导致的中毒性肾损伤经肾替代治疗后能够在短期内恢复正常,成可逆性改变,预后良好。

Mushroom poisoning is a common clinical food poisoning. Because of the different toxins contained in mushroom,the damage of the involved organs is not the same after patient poisoning, and the clinical manifestations are complicated and diverse. This article reported the process of diagnosis and treatment of two cases of mushroom poisoning with reversible acute renal failure as the main clinical manifestations. Through literature review,the clinical features of acute renal failure caused by mushroom poisoning were discussed. The mushroom was identified as Euclidean AMANITAE（ A.oberwinklerana） using DNA comparision by the Institute of Fungi,College of Life Sciences,Hunan Normal University. The toxic renal injury caused by the toadstool can return to normal in a short period by using renal replacement therapy,and appears as a reversible change and has a good prognosis.
