图书馆参与新型智库建设的现状、问题与对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Solutions of Library's Participation in the Construction of New Think Tank

智库与我国图书馆事业有着天然的联系。文章在分析我国图书馆界智库研究现状的基础上,总结了各类图书馆参与新型智库建设的做法经验,对图书馆在智库建设中的职能定位、竞争环境、服务能力等问题进行思考,并提出了几点对策:加强用户需求研究,构建资源保障体系,创新服务方式方法,深化社会合作交流,增加智库服务供给,探索参与智库建设的可行性路径。

The think tank is a decision service based on wisdom and intellgence and has a natural connection with Chinese librarianship. On the basis of analzing the current research status of the think tank,this paper summarized the experience of construction of different kinds of libraries＇ participation in the think tank and gave a reflection on libraries＇ function positioning,competitive environment and serviceability in the construction of the think tank. It also put forward the following countermeasures：strengthen the research of user need,build a resource guarantee system,innovate the service meansand methods,deepen social cooperation and exchanges,increase the supply of think tank services and explore the feasibility of participating think tank construction.
