日本新一轮科技创新战略:“新层次日本创造”与“社会5.0”

日本自2013年以来发布实施新一轮科技创新战略,力图以此推动经济复兴和国家复兴,大幅提升日本的国家创新能力和全球竞争力。经济复兴和社会发展是其新一轮科技创新战略的两个重要任务。为此,一是要依靠科技创新实现智慧化、体系化、全球化的"新层次日本创造",使日本从制造强国迈向顶级创造强国;二是要依靠科技创新推动社会变革,率先跨入超越"工业4.0"和信息社会的新的社会发展阶段,实现以人为中心的高度人性化的"社会5.0(超智慧社会)",使每个人都能够享受便利与舒适的生活。

Japan has promulgated a new round of science and technological innovation strategy since 2013, seeking to promote economic recovery and the national revival and substantially increase Japan＇s national inno- vation ability and global competitiveness. Economic revival and social development are the two important tasks of the strategy. To achieve the tasks, one is to relying on the scientific and technological innovation to realize the smart, systematic, and globalized ＂Creation of New Dimensions of Japan＂, and make Japan shift from a powerful manufacturing country to the most creative country. The second is to relying on the scientific and technological innovation to promote social change, and to realize a highly people - centered and humanized ＂Society 5.0（ Super Smart Society）＂ so that everyone can enjoy the convenience and comfortable life.
