New Technology of Drilling with Casing in Deep and Thick Overburden

摘要 在覆盖层中钻进由于其地层结构松散、无胶结或胶结性差、而且稳定性差,造成钻孔施工过程中经常出现垮孔现象,增加了钻探施工的难度。目前在覆盖层中钻进主要采取钻井液护壁或跟管护壁的方法。传统的跟管钻进在覆盖层施工中效率不高、管材消耗也大。文章拟推出一种新的螺丝头,改进传统的跟管钻进工艺,以达到提高施工效率、节约施工成本的效果。 Collapse often occurs while drilling in overburden as the overburden stratum is loose in structure, its cementation is not available or weak and its stability is poor. These features contributes difficulty in drilling. Currently, drilling in overburden applies wall protection with slurry or drilling with casing. The traditional drilling with casing in overburden is with low efficiency and the pipe consumption is quite high. In the paper, a newly developed screw head is provided. It improves technology of the traditional drilling with casing to increase construction efficiency and reduce construction cost.
