绿康“养老院—医院—护理院”标准化模式研究

Research on the Standardization Model of Lvkang "Rest Home-Hospital-Nursing Home"

本文通过对浙江绿康医养集团"养老院—医院—护理院"标准化模式研究,探究"养老院—医院—护理院"标准化实行过程中存在的问题与不足,针对存在的员工培训、标准编写质量等问题,提出完善"养老院—医院—护理院"标准化模式的可行性建议,为"养老院—医院—护理院"标准化模式的进一步推广实施提供借鉴。

This paper explores the problems and shortcomings in the process of standardization of ＂rest home - hospital - nursing home＂ through the research on the standardization model of Zhejiang Lvkang Medical Group ＂rest home - hospital - nursing home ＂. Aiming at the existing issues of staff training and quality of standard preparation, this article puts forward the feasibility recommendations to improve the ＂rest home - hospital - nursing home＂ standardized model, and provides references to further promote the implementation of the＂ rest home - hospital - nursing homes ＂standardized model.
